Inauguration of Zenith University College Student Parliament


Privatization by the minority leader in said to be unprofitable hence liberalization of utility service sector wouldn’t boost the economy.

The majority leader on the other hand made the house know about the Telecommunication companies which are private companies and how well they have help in the betterment and welfare of the nation.

At the overall resolution, the minority leader took the crown home with argument that the nation needs to carry on with its core activities which are the basic needs of the nation such as education, electricity, water and so on. They concluded with the fact that private sector cannot provide the stable or affordable price for the poor.

The motion was adjoined to the next sitting by the majority leaders and was seconded by minority leaders.

The deputy public affair office parliament house of Ghana Mrs. Kate Adoo made the house know about the proceedings of the parliament and also presented to the house some of the materials been used at every sitting.
